1. What these terms cover

This page and any informational content on useleadpilotai.com, operated by LeadPilot AI LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company (“LeadPilot AI”). The actual product agreement between LeadPilot AI and a paying client is the signed services agreement; nothing on this site overrides it.

2. No warranties on this site

The site is provided as-is and as-available for informational purposes. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the information is current. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadPilot AI's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of this site is limited to the greater of (a) one hundred US dollars ($100) or (b) any amounts you have paid LeadPilot AI in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site is owned by LeadPilot AI unless attributed otherwise. Integration logos shown on the site (Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Google, Twilio, Zapier, others) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement.

5. SMS messaging terms

LeadPilot AI operates an SMS program, LeadPilot AI Lead Alerts & Appointment Messaging, for its clients and for consumers who contact those clients. Consent is required before any message is sent: business owners consent in a signed services agreement, and consumers consent verbally on a call they placed or by texting one of our numbers first. We send no marketing or promotional messages, and we never message a number obtained from a purchased or third-party list.

Message frequency varies with call activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, don't reverse-engineer, don't impersonate, don't attempt to interfere with the site's operation, don't probe for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LeadPilot AI harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your breach of these terms or misuse of the site, including but not limited to scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access attempts.

8. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Monmouth County, New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Severability

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
